Service Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully received, we will review your information and design a customized program for you. This process may take up to 2-3 business days. We kindly ask you to check your spam folder before contacting us at contact@bodylogicz.com if you haven’t received an email within the specified time frame.
Support Policy
1. Support Channels
At Bodylogicz, we provide support exclusively to verified customers through email. We do not offer support via social media or phone. In certain cases, we may request your purchase details and website login for assistance.
2. Support Hours
Our general support hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (UAE Time Zone). Please consider potential time differences. During these hours, we strive to respond to support queries in the order they are received within 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue and our workload. Outside of these hours, we are committed to addressing any queries within 36 hours.

Our store is hosted on Woocommerce Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Woocommerce’s data storage, databases, and the general Woocommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose to complete your purchase using the Stripe payment gateway, Woocommerce stores your credit card data. This information is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, after which it is deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
